One of our biggest goals is reducing the time necessary to complete requests as much as possible. By digitalizing workflows we’ve managed to do that very well. As our clients started using the workflows, edge cases appeared. Say you are a manager of multiple departments, it should be very common that you need to approve a lot of requests, often multiple at once. This used to be a one by one action in Provisior. By adding the bulk approval of requests feature in release Illimani, we’ve managed to improve workflow lead times for these cases as well.

To be able to use this feature you need to switch on “Bulk approval of requests” which is availble in the “General” section of the settings.
