However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16 years of age. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without permission, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will delete this information.

Security of your company data
If PROVISIOR manages and/or develops software for you, PROVISIOR may have access to personal data that you process yourself for the benefit of (for example) your staff, customers or suppliers. In these cases, we recommend you to enter into a so-called Processor Agreement with PROVISIOR in which PROVISIOR handles this data in line with the requirements set by the GDPR. If desired, we have a model Processor Agreement available that you can use as a basis.
Nevertheless, we would like to state the following in our Privacy Statement:
PROVISIOR takes various technical and organizational security measures to protect your and our data, taking into account the state of the art, the implementation costs, as well as the nature, scope, context and processing purposes and the risks that differ in probability and seriousness for the rights and freedoms of persons. This includes (but is not limited to) the physical and hardware security of PROVISIOR's premises, offices and server room, the hardware and software security of PROVISIOR's network environment, the software security of the personal data on our network environment and the software security of access to your network, database(s) and any application(s) managed and/or developed by us. In addition, all PROVISIOR personnel have a contractual obligation of confidentiality and oral and written instructions for the security of your and our personal data are provided to them.
If PROVISIOR requires a copy of your data for its services or for the execution of the agreement concluded with you, we urge you to irreversibly anonymize the personal data contained in there before making it available to PROVISIOR.
If PROVISIOR finds that the data we have received from you contains personal data that has not been anonymized, PROVISIOR will anonymize the relevant personal data if possible.
If it is not possible to anonymize all personal data in the data that you wish to make available to PROVISIOR (for example because it concerns unstructured logs or an Excel application), we strongly request that you encrypt the data file and secure it with a password before making it available to PROVISIOR. The password to be used must then be provided to PROVISIOR in an alternative manner. PROVISIOR will return such data similarly (if necessary) as soon as possible after completion of the agreed actions, and then delete it from its systems.
Authority personal data
We as PROVISIOR would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. You can do that via the following link: https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl/nl/contact-met-de-autoriteit-persoonsgegevens/tip-ons
